This is the largest tomb of the Altmark region. It is 43.8 m x 6-7.5m in size. 58 stones of the mound and 13 of 16 wall stones plus 4 capstones remained. There are remarkable cups at the top upon the large corner stone at the west end. Remarkable also are graves in two of the fencing stones. Topic of this tour are cups - small artificial holes picked in the surface and are of prehistoric origin. Unfortunately, very little is known about these artifacts. In Bunsoh I cannot imagine, that the marks were made after completion of the grave mound. Probably, they had been there before the graves were constructed? Anyhow, they really look the same, no matter if there are few or many cups. This is a compilation of megaliths elsewhere within my site.
